Samsung Valentine's Day Card

In February 2023, AT&T's XTrack team launched a two-week market trial ahead of Valentine's Day, coinciding with the preorder phase for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series. Since the devices wouldn’t arrive in time for the holiday, we introduced a downloadable Valentine’s Day card as a thoughtful placeholder for customers gifting a preorder.

The test proved successful, generating strong click-through rates and validating customer interest. As a result, a similar episodic experience was implemented for the following holiday season. Our team also recommended expanding and testing more engaging tactics to drive even higher engagement and key performance metrics.

As the strategist, I developed the content strategy, including the customer journey and testing plan, to align with our hypothesis. I also led the creative direction, designing the page callouts and Valentine’s Day cards to enhance the experience.
