Click to Locker was a key initiative in AT&T’s strategy to seamlessly integrate the digital and retail customer experience. This feature allows customers to place orders through the myAT&T mobile app and pick up their purchases from in-store lockers—eliminating the need for assistance and reducing wait times.
Designed for customers who prefer self-service, Click to Locker streamlines the pickup process, delivering a fast and frictionless experience for online orders.
As part of the UX team, I played a key role in shaping this self-service strategy. My contributions included integrating locker functionality within the myAT&T app and designing the notification and locker access screens to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
